Sunshine Initiative
The Sunshine Initiative is UKAW Canada’s commitment to creating meaningful opportunities for individuals with disabilities. Inspired by firsthand experiences working alongside people with disabilities in both Peru and Canada, this initiative is rooted in the belief that everyone deserves a chance to shine. We aim to build a workplace where individuals are supported, valued, and empowered to express their full potential.
Mission
To create an inclusive and supportive work environment where individuals with disabilities can develop their skills, contribute meaningfully, and grow with confidence. Through the Sunshine Initiative, UKAW is dedicated to providing opportunities that recognize each person’s unique strengths and abilities.
