Discover pure ceremonial cacao from Peru's Ucayali region. Vegan, sugar-free, organic. Learn about our 100% and 95% stevia dark chocolate."
What Makes Cacao Truly Ceremonial?
Ceremonial cacao begins and ends with one thing: purity.
It is cacao in its most natural state — harvested by hand, fermented slowly, dried under the sun, and minimally processed to preserve every compound nature intended.
No shortcuts. No additives. No industrial processing that strips away what makes cacao extraordinary.
What remains is a living food — rich in theobromine, magnesium, flavonoids, and antioxidants — exactly as it was used for centuries in sacred Amazonian traditions.
Ceremonial cacao is not a product. It is a practice.
Two Ingredients. That Is All.
Our ceremonial cacao products contain only what is absolutely necessary — and nothing more.
100% Ceremonial Chocolate: - Organic cacao paste —that is it.
One ingredient. Pure cacao from Peru’s Ucayali region. Nothing added, nothing removed. The most honest expression of cacao that exists.
95% Stevia Dark Chocolate: - Organic cacao paste - Natural stevia leaf extract
Two ingredients. That is all.
No refined sugar. No dairy. No emulsifiers. No flavourings. No fillers. Just cacao and a plant — two gifts from nature working in perfect harmony.
Stevia: A Plant, Not a Substitute
Stevia is not an artificial sweetener. It is not a chemical compound created in a lab.
Stevia comes from the leaf of Stevia rebaudiana — a plant native to South America, the same continent that gave us cacao. Indigenous communities have used stevia as a natural sweetener for centuries.
What stevia brings to our 95% chocolate: - A gentle, clean sweetness with zero calories - Zero glycemic index — does not raise blood sugar - 100% plant-derived and vegan - No interference with cacao’s natural compounds - No aftertaste when used in high-quality dark chocolate
Stevia does not mask the cacao. It simply softens its intensity — allowing the deep, earthy, slightly bitter notes of Ucayali cacao to come forward with a touch of natural balance.
The result is a chocolate that is pure, intentional, and completely clean.

Vegan by Nature, Not by Marketing
Both of our ceremonial cacao products are vegan — not because we designed them that way, but because pure cacao has always been vegan.
Cacao is a plant. It grows in the Amazon. It is harvested by human hands. It requires nothing from animals to be extraordinary.
When you strip cacao down to its essence — as we do — what you have is one of the most nutrient-dense, plant-based foods on Earth.
No dairy. No honey. No animal-derived ingredients of any kind.
For those living a vegan lifestyle, our ceremonial cacao is not a compromise. It is the purest form of chocolate you will ever experience.
What You Feel When You Drink It
Ceremonial cacao works differently from coffee or conventional chocolate.
Theobromine — cacao’s primary active compound — is a gentle, long-lasting stimulant. It opens the blood vessels, increases circulation, and creates a warm, sustained sense of energy and presence.
You will notice: - A calm, clear mental focus — without anxiety or jitteriness - A gentle lift in mood — cacao stimulates serotonin and phenylethylamine naturally - A warmth in the chest — improved circulation and heart function - A sense of groundedness — magnesium supports the nervous system and reduces stress - Emotional openness — why cacao has been used in ceremony and ritual for thousands of years
This is not a stimulant. It is a plant ally.
Sourced with Intention from Peru’s Ucayali Region
Our cacao does not come from a commodity market. It comes from a place.
The Ucayali region of Peru sits deep in the Amazon basin — one of the most biodiverse ecosystems on the planet. The cacao grown here carries the flavour of its environment: tropical fruit notes of passion fruit, mango, and banana that emerge naturally from the soil, the humidity, and the hands that tend it.
We source directly from the growers. We know where every batch comes from. We work with specific varieties — ICS, TCH, IMC, and rare local options — each selected for quality, purity, and flavour.
All certified organic. All direct trade.
No middlemen. No mystery. Just a transparent chain from the Peruvian jungle to your cup.

How to Prepare Your Ceremonial Cacao
What you need: - 20–30g of ceremonial cacao (100% or 95% Stevia) - 1 cup of hot water — 70 to 80°C (never boiling — heat destroys nutrients) - Plant-based milk of choice: oat, almond, or coconut - Optional: cinnamon, vanilla, a pinch of cayenne pepper
How to prepare: 1. Break or grate your cacao into small pieces 2. Add a small splash of cold water and stir into a smooth paste 3. Slowly pour in hot water while stirring continuously 4. Add your plant-based milk and whisk until smooth and frothy 5. Add spices to taste — or drink it pure6. Find a quiet moment, set an intention, and drink slowly
Note: The 95% Stevia version needs nothing added — it is naturally balanced and ready to drink as prepared.
